CEO & Executive Producer
Carson brings with him a lifetime of experience in business and entertainment production. His perspective straddles the creative and strategic worlds with a unified vision, positioning EXNIHILO as a unique, forward-thinking enterprise unlike any other. Over the course of his career, Carson has been involved with over $1 billion of television production and finance, spanning network, cable and first-run syndication. Carson is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Media Council for the Paley Center for Media, and the Hollywood Radio & Television Society. A member of the United States Tennis Association, he is one of the country’s top ranked players in his age division.
JOACHIM BLUNCK

Joachim “JB” Blunck’s credits reflect over 25 years criss-crossing publishing, television, and information technologies. JB’s Emmy Award-winning and eclectic career has given him a unique understanding of the creative and business demands of all forms of modern communications. JB’s experience juxtaposes an intimate knowledge of story-telling using tradition tools, with a 21st century understanding of the power and flexibility of new communications paths. His appreciation of entertainment, technology, and human nature, brings EXNIHILO unique tools to bear for clients seeking to rewrite the new media canon.
RANDY DUGAN
Executive in Charge of Production
Over a fifteen-year career in television, Randy Dugan has managed finance and production of over 2,000 hours of content. He has held staff positions at Twentieth Television, Inc, and Bunim-Murray Productions, creators of MTV’s “The Real World,” where he rose to the level of Senior Vice President and Executive-in-Charge of Production. He most enjoys creating efficient and profitable business models and systems that allow creative people to reach their full potential. Prior to his role as Executive in Charge of Production for EXNIHILO, Randy was most recently Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Hollywood Interactive Group, Inc., a VC-funded Internet games start-up.
